For human race repealing harm has been more important than acquiring benefits and this has been since the stone age. We can argue with our friends that this is the age of the internet and everything is digital in today's time but the last time we had a healthy conversation with our parents on dinner did we remember? We are so busy with our smartphone that we had for ourselves had created a virtual world. We are the king of this world and everything happens as per our whim. but this world will yield no benefit to us because this is not real.
Social Media works like dopamine. Being digital had made us more productive but this is a myth. Going digital had cut the time that we have devoted to ourself. We are working 24*7 and in a haste just to make more money by utilising more and more time we are killing those spaces in which we use to cherish our life. Addiction is most important that had made a menace out of our life it can be an addiction to drugs, to sex or social media. But the bigger question that we should ask is are we addicted?
Thanks to this virtual world we had found our virtual queens too. We are not bounded to have just one queen because this is not a real world. Virtual relationships and virtual life is the best part of this life. Since life had become virtual people have started comparing themselves with n-1 people living on this planet. At times we become sad because our friend who lives thousands of kilometres away just had a turkey in dinner but we are still eating vegetables. This virtual world brings its torments. We should remember just like the applied force is directly proportional to the acceleration produces in a similar manner our mental health is directly proportional to the time we are consuming the internet. social media makes us ungrateful to everyone because we are comparing our lives with others.
depression, anxiety, lonliness and mental health issues are becoming increasingly common now a days. We are visiting doctor to get help but it is in our own hand to deal with it. we should remember " if once you are accustomed, then it continues".
how to deal with it? i don't know how to deal, even i am struggling but i remember my grandmother use to say block the means to evil is the best way to faraway.

This blog is very well written and so timely, when not only Sushant Singh rajput, a successful Bollywood star but also a 16 year old til tok star, have both committed suicide. Instead of looking inward and understanding ourselves so we can deal with real life, we are still looking for happiness in an environment that we are creating in our own minds. It isn’t easy, I’m struggling as well, but realizing you have a problem and then slowly coming back to real life is a start. I had to create goals in real life that consisted of things I enjoyed, that I made myself plan and stick to. Severely curtailed the amount of time I was on social media. Then spent time thinking about what made me truly happy and being grateful for those things in my life.
